A one-bedroom can take an average of 3-5 hours to move and a two-bedroom 4-6 hours. We have great rates and specials throughout the month. But consider these factors that impact the moving time: volume of items, walking distances, elevators, stairs, if packing assistance or furniture disassembly is required, and the travel time to your new location.

Yes, all licensed movers will not move hazardous chemicals, corrosive, and combustible items such as propane tanks, firearms, paint, and aerosols. And, sorry but we can’t transport your pets.

Make sure your dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, and dryer are empty. You will also need to ensure that your appliances are disconnected from any electric, gas and/or water connection.

Generally, we can give you an estimate over the phone. However, in some cases an in-home estimate may be requested to give an accurate quote, especially with the following considerations:

– There are large and bulky pieces

– There will be difficulty parking the moving truck nearby the home

– There are narrow stairways, doorways and hallways that furniture can’t fit through

– Your home is larger than 1500 square feet

This is a standard industry fee. It covers the cost of the distance from our truck/storage location to the starting point, and after completing the move, the distance back to our truck/storage.
